Throughout the entire Bible, there are many sto- ries of how God delivers His people from oppres- sion, stories of faith about the big brave who fought for spreading the gospel, stories of hea- ling where only the hand of the Medical Master intervened and same throughout the Bible one of the topics covered in the reported stories is the theme of the land, God refers to a New Earth repeatedly, for God clearly was a motive of pro- mise to their children talk about a new home.
God saw the oppression of his chosen people under the yoke of the enemy in Egypt, He per- formed one of the most wonderful rescues in history. The Creator saw that not only his peo- ple suffered under the yoke, but they were also coming to them strange doctrines, they were discouraged, probably mostly there was confu- sion and despair. But why? Because they knew the God Almighty, they knew the power of his Heavenly Father through the stories for genera- tions told by their parents. Somehow they knew that God wanted apart from the Heavenly Earth, they could enjoy the joy of having a decent te- rritorial extension worthy of him, a place whe- re their offspring could multiply, a place where they could teach their children freely the fear of the Lord, a place of delicate pastures and peace- ful environment, a place where they could live a piece of heaven on earth. A place where the biblical promise of Exodus 6: 4 could be fulfi- lled “Also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, in wich they were strangers”
As you know friends and brothers in Christ, since God called us to enter it all in His mission work al- most 4 years ago, the Lord has been good and has taught us many things, He has revealed to us step by step valuable lessons and experiences that marked positively our lives, one of them is during the year we spent as missionaries in Bolivia, God impressed our hearts and filled with joy by living in an environment dedicated to him, a place full of atmosphere with missionaries, pastors, etc.
In which people from nearby communities could be benefited, in the missionary ministry met the joy of living in a land, a place dedica- ted to the work of God. Since that experien- ce in our minds and hearts born the desire to start a missionary missionary ministry here in Mexico, which could be a light, a beacon that could penetrate the thick darkness of the enemy and that was also for the benefit of the Adventist church membership and of course the people from the surrounding communi- ties to share about the love of God with them.
The promise that our Creator gave to Moses in Exodus 33:13’s a clear example of what we ask God to show us “Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight.“ We as a missionary couple knew it would not be easy to return to our coun- try and start a missionary ministry because we required resources, we needed time and dedi- cation, hard work and above all we required gui- dance of God. It was in that period of our lives, at the time of testing that had already returned to Mexico, after being as missionaries in South America, God clearly showed His desire to start the ministry in our country, and start searching for land appropriate to carry out this dream.
To choose the place in which we are already almost 3 years living. In prayer along with se- veral brothers God led us to this area of Las Huastecas to do pioneering work also in Isaiah 55:13, God gave us a biblical promise that later would understand fully living here in this re- gion. “Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree; and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off. “After a long time was that God allowed us to understand how these verses apply to our ministry as part of the Sierra Que- retana, grows the cypress and the other side of the Huasteca, grows myrtle tree. It is just be- tween the two borders of the two states where we live that you can find these kinds of trees.
Surely God has been very good in allowing us to live in this place as we have seen God’s hand at every step, we had the opportunity to work with people from two different cultures and see the miracles of God working in favor of these people.
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE LANDS
As you see brothers, God has promised a place for their children, and as you know we have been talking about the need of this ministry to have a piece of land on which we can build the two ma- jor objectives they were set from the begining of this ministry that are: A Naturist Clinic and Adventist boarding school. These two areas is where more support is needed in this region and is also the focus of the ministry. God has shown us that to continue implementing the method of Christ, this Missionary Ministry can reach more people in these areas, instructing young from an early age in an education based on a biblical approach. In addition to this boarding school will serve as a refuge for those most in need, as it is planned to accommodate those childrens that for various circumstances do not have a home, this boarding school will offer free education for the people who does not have the acces to it.
Likewise, the Naturist Clinic will function as a place of recovery for people of any social ex- tract suffering from health problems. This buil- ding will be the begining of the first stage. It is planned that people who come for healing for their physical problems are not only healed in that area but it can receive Spiritual Healing, first to take the body to live in healthy harmony in a comprehensive manner. It should be noted that both the clinic and school, will be handled for misioneries specialized in health areas.
For almost three years this ministry have made efforts to bring medical teams to the neediest communities and have also been promoted and taught healthy cooking classes, health courses, etc. And in the area of education classes have been provided to children with special needs, classes in communities also providing produc- tion workshops that function as tools in the lives of people to get improve their lives.
This work has been conducted in order to the people can understand that God wants and says in 3rd John 2: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in heal- th, just as your soul prospers.” We hope this promise could be fulfill in the life of every per- son who has been benefited from the programs that this ministry promotes. But, the work and the need is increasing, and requires a place where we can build these institutions so that more people could be benefit permanently.
As you read in the Newsletter from the month of May this year, God led us to the land that He had prepared for this ministry. For over two years we were looking for the right place and after much much prayer and study God helped us find 6 months ago the proper land. This place is loca- ted a few minutes from the house we are renting in the same community, is beautiful and is in the midst of nature, has a very good space, enou- gh to build the clinic and boarding school with the houses and dormitories for the missionaries who will collaborate in the ministry, these lands have the ability to access them and have electri- city and water nearby, plus the price is very very affordable the owner of that property was very friendly from the beginning and has been patient with us but since the month of May a contract by faith was signed, in which we gave a very small percentage of the total value of the property and stipulated that the month of December would be the limit to pay for the total value of the land. heland
Brothers, we ask our Heavenly Father will help us move forward in faith in this land issue, and that never we acted presumptuously, we ask the help of God Almighty because we are convinced that with his direction He would reward human efforts, as our great mission is that more peo- ple can be reached with the message of salva- tion, with the message of health and education in the fear of God, since the time of the return of our beloved Jesus is closer than never. Sure- ly this Newsletter we are writing has been one of the most important to us. We need fervent intercessory prayer on your part, because next month is the deadline to pay. We ask for your prayers along with us, that God according to His will provide the necessary resources to pay for these lands.
We greatly appreciate your prayers and all your support to this ministry, because without hu- man effort and divine power, nothing has been done through this ministry would be possible. Well what God’s word says in Acts 20:35 “I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remem- ber the words of the Lord Jesus, that he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.”
Thanks for your time to read this message. We hope you all have a very blessed week. Your brothers in Christ
